Shells are interchangeable. They're just symbolic systems used for ritual magick and occult practices. In terms of what I actually believe to be literally true, that would be secular Buddhism. The various other frameworks aren't literally true but only contain some metaphorical or allegorical truth at best. One can read Harry Potter and the Chronicles of Narnia and live in both of those fantasy worlds while they're lost in the story while reading. It's kind of like that. There's no reason I would ever need to reconcile the conflicts between the two books because I would never be reading them both at the same time. You put one down to pick up the other. The shell is a symbolic system or set of metaphorical stories—you put one shell down before picking up the next.
